It helps you replace all open-ended, unstructured meetings with a clear process. Instead of never-ending discussions and constant back-and-forth, you can use this simple exercise to encourage creativity and foster innovation.

LDJ methodology can be used for several things. One is how to make improvements on any project or ways of working. You can then delegate and prioritise tasks on what to focus on.
You will be sent a report of what we have done, with highlights of your tasks and activities. You will have access to your online personal workspace of what we do.
